New York broadcasters Thirteen/WNET and WLIW21 proudly present NEW YORK WAR STORIES, a major multi-media event that offers a look at World War II through the eyes of the New Yorkers who were touched by it. Write your story - or theirs - and send it to them. They'll post it to the WAR STORIES Web site, and it might even become part of a broadcast documentary. Videos and stories can be mailed in to P.O. The 2008 American Legion College of New York cover letter and application is now on the Department Web Page and ready for downloading. Just go to Programs and then College. Please tell everyone in your post, county and district. We almost had a full class last year so it is important to get applications in early because the interest is increasing and there are only 100 slots. If you have any questions, please call or write.
