The attached file contains a list of the 235 short-titles resolutions from the 2006 National Convention & the Fall NEC Meeting, that comprise our National Legislative Program, with legislative intent in the 110^th Congress. THESE ARE OUR MARCHING ORDERS!  Please review, and pass onto your County & Post Legion Family. Remember to “Spread the Word”, and “Keep the Heat On” with our Legion Legislative Agenda, both National & State wise. I am also; once again, passing on the directive from National HQ that each & every Post, Unit & Squadron appoints a Legislative Chair. Please assist you’re County Chairs, who bring our message to the local level at County Meetings, and I sincerely thank, on the Legion level, Nassau County Legislative Chairman/ PDVC Pete Holowecki & Suffolk County Legislative Chairman/ PDVC Arthur Laufer for their dedicated & excellent efforts with this important American Legion Committee. However, they still need your help to “GET THE WORD OUT”!  We need help in making our grassroots lobbying efforts stronger. We need everyone’s help in keeping our “Legion Family Chain” strong!
